Thoughtful therapy for individuals and couples navigating real-life change.
For over fifteen years, I’ve worked with individuals and couples in both hospital and private practice settings. I support people through many stages of adult life — career changes, raising kids, uncoupling, dating in midlife, and caring for aging parents.
I work with many Gen X women who are experiencing mood shifts, increased anxiety or panic, depression, or changes that don’t seem to have a clear explanation. For many, these shifts are connected to perimenopause and the broader emotional and relational changes that can come with mid-life.
I also work with LGBTQ+ individuals and couples, and provide affirming, relationship-centered care. You are welcome here — fully and without exception.
Therapy is not about fixing what’s “wrong.” It’s a space to slow things down, get curious about what’s underneath patterns, and build skills that support healthier relationships and a more balanced life — without pressure or shame.
